Loading evidence
Loading photographs, container number and shipping marks give you a verifiable record of what left the plant.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We work from trial containers upward. Send the specification and quantity you need and we will confirm the most economical arrangement, including mixed grades where the line allows.
Can you supply cut to size?
Yes. Plate can be sheared or gas cut to your drawing, and coil can be slit to width or cut to length. Confirm the tolerance and the edge condition you need when ordering.
How is thickness tolerance handled?
The tolerance class is agreed in writing against the governing standard. Where a negative tolerance is permitted by the standard, say so explicitly if your design cannot accept it.
How is coating mass stated?
We state coating mass per square metre for the total on both sides, and confirm whether your specification means per side. This is the most common source of disputes on coated orders.
What documentation comes with the shipment?
Mill test certificate per heat number, packing list, and loading photographs. Certificates of origin, inspection reports and third party certificates can be arranged when declared in advance.
Can we inspect before shipment?
Yes. Customer inspection and third party inspection are welcome at any stage of production. Tell us the inspection requirements when you place the order and we build them into the schedule.
